Directions: Look through the first two sites to gain some knowledge of the Cold War. Watch a couple of video's at the top of the History Channel site. Once you have done this watch the video "We Didn't Start the Fire" then look at the meaning of the Lyric's. Write 3 paragraphs about three things you didn't know from the song. Please use another source on each event to give your paragraph summary some depth.
I watched the YouTube video and I found out a lot about this time era. For one there were a lot of ivnenstion in this time. Second thing that I found out about this time era was that a lot was going on. There was a lot of political change and there was also a lot of governments being reformed. I thought that the video was catchy and that it got a lot of what was on it stuck in my head so I believe that this was very helpfully with me learning about the cold war and nationalism.
